About The Band

The band performs feel good infectious music. A magnetic musical mix and for sure there is everything from foot tapping to get up and dance tunes. It’s an eclectic music which has its base in New Orleans Boogie and Blues infused with elements of zydeco, rock, folk, country and swing. The band puts its own spin on rock classics and originals transforming them into funky fun dance rhythms. Each performance leaves you somewhere between MargartiaVille and Mardi Gras. The band covers artists such as Dr. John, Jimmy Buffet, The Band, Los Lobos, Asleep at The Wheel, The Grateful Dead, The Band, and The Mavericks. The band's performances always include musical participation from the audience whether it's a bunch of boppers banging the tambourine or rubbing the scrubboard.

The group’s core is Norah Finn Kelleher who plays keyboard, accordion and sings, bassist and vocalist John Sheppard, guitarist and vocalist Dave Acker and drummer and vocalist Marc Greco, saxophonist Mike Johnson and percussionist Jay “Fishman” Malone. Together have 30 plus years of vast performance experience in the NY tri-state area from Massachusetts to New Jersey and collectively shared the stage with many music notables such as John Hall of Orleans, Commander Cody, Mike Falzarano of the New Riders of the Purple Sage, Roomful of Blues, The Good Rats, Professor Louie and The Crowmatix and Black 47.
